Ordering Items
If you are interested in placing a made-to-order purchase or purchasing readily available items, please click on the “Inquire Now” button. This will lead you to our Product Inquiry page to submit your request via email. Our team will contact you within 12 hours of your inquiry.
Form of Payments
Once your order has been placed with one of our team members, you will be responsible for making the full payment for your items via Cashapp or Zelle. At that time, you will receive a personalized confirmation.
Terms of Delivery
Please expect 1-2 weeks delivery for available items and 2-3 weeks delivery for all made-to-order items. All shipping is sent via United States Postal Service 3rd-day delivery or Express next day if specified by the customer. All items will be insured with delivery confirmation.

Domestic/ Standard Fees via USPS (may vary).
In- State (New Jersey) : $8 - $10
Out-of-State: $10-$15
We also offer FedEx 2nd day & FedEx overnight.
Please be advised that express shipping options are still subject to 1-2 day processing time.

All items are FINAL SALE with NO EXCHANGES or REFUNDS. EXCEPTION: If you receive your item(s) damaged via delivery, please notify our team immediately at sbstaccessories@gmail.com with a message/picture of proof. We will honor your purchase with an exchange (only) for the same piece.

Are all the exotic skin and leather used to make the items real?Yes, all skins, both exotic and traditional leather, are 100% authentic.

Are all the ceramic and semi-precious stones real?Yes, all of the stones are authentic unless indicated differently in the descriptions. Some of the appliqué beads are manufactured.

Are all of the gold brass ornaments real?Yes, all brass findings are 100% genuine.

What are some of the metals used in the materials?Alloy, Brass, Stainless Steel and Iron.

Will the brass and metal hardware tarnish or fade?Typically, no. However, it may vary depending on: The climate where you live, the amount of sulfur in the air, and/or your body's pH balance.

How can I prevent tarnishing?Avoid contact with aerosol sprays & lotions. This includes oils and perfumes directly on the skin.

How should I take care of my leather and stone accessories?Allow each leather item to breathe separately; avoid mixing them with or placing them on top of other items. Keep all stone items boxed separately. If possible, store certain leather items (long pieces) by hanging them up or keep them in a protected cloth bag.
